token text showing in order mail whenever text field val is null

I am using comment section that is long text field in checkout procedure and i used that comment value in order email sending process

So, whenever that text filed is blank I am getting the token text in my order confirmation mail.

where should I change?

If at code level which module and what changes.

Please let me know what we can do.

yup sure I will explain step wise

whenever user is putting order and confirm for the payment; he/she gets the order confirmation mail.

For sending the confirmation mail I am using the commerce order module.

as i am using the commerce order module; I am customizing the email which i have to send to my customer.
once will install that module;
Click on store->configuration->email

Here we can find order mail as well as admin mail section where we can customize our email format.

Now what i have done is;
click on store->Customer Profiles->Profile types->Billing Information

here I have created one field called as "Comment" and Field type as long text.

In my order mail i am using the token for comment field which as
"[commerce-order:field_order_comments]"

Now whenever user are checking out for payment it may happen that they don't want to put any comment;
and if they don't that text-field is blank.

Now here is my question as that text-field is blank in my order confirmation mail i am getting token text as a value of comment .
ex:
order Comment: [commerce-order:field_order_comments]

I don't want to make compulsory field.

what i can do..
