Facing issues with Integration of TB Mega Menu

Hi,

I am facing issues with TB Mega Menu integration with the theme.

I have created a side menu "Categories" on the left side of home page which has sub-menu items and sub-sub menu items.

Currently we are using Superfish Api. But when we use it the Banner is affected.

Can you help me to resolve this ?

Also when I create any category menu with or without using any api in the Theme it only shows menu items till two levels

for e.g.

Category
Grocery & Foodstuffs(Main Category)
-Flour(Sub Category)
--Wheat Flour(Sub-sub Category)
--Corn Flour

Here we can only see till Flour.

Hi there Sakar:

Hi there Sakar:

I´m pretty sure the issue with Superfish has to be with the z-index of elements and the MD Slider.

Any chance to inspect the URL of your site??

Best!!

Re

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

Can you please elaborate more on the Z-Index issue regarding Superfish.

Also can the TB Mega Menu face the same problems ? Is there a solution to it.

Following is the link to my sandbox : http://www.sandbox23.ziuby.com/hawk/ebazar/

As I am new to drupal can you please send me a detailed solution for this.

Re

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

That is the issue. I cannot see the MD Slider work when I enable the superfish menu.

I cannot remove the conflict between MD Slider and Superfish. When Superfish is installed the other doesn't work.

Superfish doesn't show categories upto third level in the theme(Please refer first comment)

Also where can I Find the HTML file of Superfish and MD Slider. I think if we adjust the top:auto tag css property this might be

fixed. Then again I am new to Drupal so your suggestion is always welcome .

Also please give me an update on TB Mega Menu.It is also facing similar issues (Refer to issue in first comment).

with regards,
Sakar

Side Menu

Objective - Get a responsive side menu on the existing Ebazar theme

Problem Statement - We are not able to use either of the available menu modules because of conflicts and other issues.

Question 1 - Can we use TB megamenu on the existing theme if yes can you help with handy information on how to install or change it to fit our objective, as the one suggested in drupal is not helpful, believe we need to do some twikes to get it work.

Question 2 - Same for Superfish

Question 3 - If you can suggest some other smart solution should be ok as we just need to attend our final objective. that is if any other module are available which can help or if we can go and past a piece of code and it work.

Hi there Sakar:

Hi there Sakar:

We can support you up to one level, but any customization support is not included in the service we provide, only with the theme related questions that we deliver by default.

We are right now finishing a new project based on Boostrap Base theme (the same as EBazar) that includes MD Slider and TB Mega Menu module. I haven´t tried Superfish, but so far, everything works out of box. My only sugestion to you is to ensure testing all the jQuery Upgrade versions in the Front end, in order to avoid any jQuery issue that may stop the execution of JS code.

I have found this commen on the MD Slider comment´s page http://codecanyon.net/item/mega-slider/4313171/comments?page=6#comment_5... and seems to be an error with Superfish and MD Slider, but still the author of the Module says he tried and it works fine. Anyway, they requested on the Module Author forums for it, but I don´t know if those are public or not.

ANYWAY. I have just checked your site back again right now and it is working!!!!! http://www.sandbox23.ziuby.com/hawk/ebazar/

Any update in your research???

Any Progress on Integrating TB Mega Menu

Hi Alex and Support Staff,

I have been following both the topic tabs 1. http://doublemthemes.com/forum/how-integrated-tb-mega-menu 2. http://doublemthemes.com/forum/facing-issues-integration-tb-mega-menu and it seems there is no definitive conclusion yet.

We have used the Ebazar theme to come up with a Online Store and it is doing really good. We have grown significantly in last 6 months. The website needs some elements revamped esp. the Menu section.

So i am extremely eager to implement some good elements , TB Mega Menu being one of it. The support so far has been extremely helpful. Request the think tank at doubleMthemes to fix this very issues if there is one and ultimately find a definitive solution.

Looking forward to your reply.

With Regards,
Sakar

Hi there Sakar:

Hi there Sakar:

The integration of EBazar with TB Mega Menu has been delayed until new advice :(

There is an issue with the fixed scrolling that doesn't make this that easy, something we experienced with EBazar trying to make the navigation fixed, something we finally had to desist as we were trying to integrate 2 different navigation concepts in a single one but it is not that easy as Bootstrap 3 manages the navigation under its own JS and TB Mega menu too.

Another approach may be to set your navigation to be fixed, but surely will kill the enhanced navigation features of EBazar such as the cart.

I honestly would like to propose you a solution, but it is a limitation that isn't easy to implement :(

Sorry for it.

Best!!!
