Dear Author,

I have a issue with the using of Commerce token in the mail,

Following are the details for it.

Issue: If I add 'two products' to the 'cart' and increase the 'quantity' of one product to '2' then the 'Total Cost' is increased accordingly but the same cannot be seen in the amount Infront of the product. It still shows 'single unit price'. Please refer following example

What it is showing now

Sr No Item Name Qty Cost
1 Apple 1 10
2 Orange 2 10
----------------------------------------------
Total 30

What I want it to show

Sr No Item Name Qty Cost
1 Apple x1 10
2 Orange x2 20
----------------------------------------------
Total 30

Objective: To display the second table in the mail sent to the customer.

Can you please help me to achieve this.

Also on a separate note: I have been contacted by Jorge Diaz on behalf of DoubleMThemes to provide a testimonial for Ebazar theme for which I have share my positive opinion which is entirely true. Please can you take a follow up for the same with him.

I appreciate your offer, but thing is that we have not experience with that kind of customization on Drupal Commerce.

I please ask you to try with the DEV release of Drupal Commerce, because as linked here: https://www.drupal.org/node/1818380 It is an issue the developers need to fix.

Dear Support Team,

Have you analyse the issue ?

The problem statement is currently on the email sent to customer it always shows the unit price if customer order more then items it does not show that item multiplied cost. But the total amount is always correct. My understanding is if code is calculating correct total amount hence we have the multiplied cost stored in some variable, we just need that variable to be configured to get displayed on the email.

To make the things clear find an example below.

Product Qty Price (HKD)
Apple Iphone 6 1 100
Apple Iphone 6 2 100
Apple Iphone 6 3 100
Subtotal: 600
Total: 600

This issues has been going into circles and i really appreciate if you can taken it on priority and suggest a clear way forward. I am not taking no as an answer here as while buying the theme we were being told that all sort of technical help would be provided.

I totally understand your issue, but thing is that we are not backend developers and we don’t know the essentials of Drupal Tokes and Drupal Commerce integration deep theory. We are aware that there is an open discussion about the issue by researching for a possible patch or a solution for that specific token issue in the email (https://www.drupal.org/node/1818380), but it is out of our hands.

I hope you understand so.

There is a latest comment of someone who got it working here: https://www.drupal.org/node/1818380#comment-9711309 but it is a customization that is up to your own product and setup.

Could you please try it and let us know?
