Though I put all the information into "Conctact us" fields and press [Send us message], I can't get mails.
What should I check up?

Sorry, but I think that you will need to check the Logs. Just send a new message and go to "Find Content" or "Content" in the top admin menu. Filter by content type and select Webform. Edit the webform and click the right upper tab saying "Webform". There you will find all the previous submissions and where the mails should be sent to. Just play with those options.
By the way, you shared a screenshot from the Password request form, which is not the same as the contact one.
