Broken in Internet Explorer

I just installed the theme version 2.0.34. It displays properly in Firefox, Chrome and Safari but is completely broken in IE versions 8-11. I checked the online demo and it does display correctly in IE so there must be some CSS missing from the download???

I will be happy to provide a screenshot but I don't see a way to attach a PDF or image to a forum post. I just sent it to support at doublemthemes.com. Let me know if you didn't get it.

Did you get the screenshot I sent? Have you tried installing the same demo site we downloaded? Do you get the same results?

Sorry for the delay. Yes, we received your mail with the attached PDF.

I really don't understand. I have just tested it here https://www.modern.ie/en-us/screenshots#http%3A%2F%2Fdemos.doublemthemes... and seems to work fine. Right now I don't have a Windows PC to test it.

Also tested it here for IE8 and 9 and seems to work OK http://netrenderer.com I have tested the demos.

Do you have your site online? I mean, for inspecting it with Firebug and find for anything different??

No, the demo site is on our development server which does not have internet access. Do you have an alternate download you know works? If so, please email me a link so I can try a known good site. Alternatively, I can move the broken demo site to a production server if you want to try diagnostics.

No Support???

So it's been almost three weeks with no response. Do you have a working Sencillo download or can we at least get a refund? The download from Themesnap does not work in Internet Explorer.
